Hi, I’m Tova Kopstick, founder of Tova Intuitive Fitness, and creator of Mastering Intuitive Fitness.

Exercise used to control my life. When I wasn't exercising, I was obsessing about my next workout, and when I couldn't workout, I would try to "make it up" later or turn to restriction.

The guilt, stress, and shame that exercise caused me on a constant basis was incredibly exhausting and overwhelming.

When I healed my relationship with exercise and managed to break free from its controls, I committed myself to helping other women do the same.
